Texture and repeating pattern within the minutiae of the world around me is constantly reflected within my designs. I use traditional jewellery materials and techniques, incorporating detailed, textures and patterns. Using vitreous enamels, I add pools of rich colour over texture to accentuate the marks I have made underneath the enamel. The materiality, the movement of metal and the individuality of mark making are most important to me.
